Refund policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following conditions to our return and refund policy:

• Returned items must be returned in the original (new condition) product packaging.
• Returned items must be unused and must have all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact.
• Items that are used, washed, wetted, damaged, or are no longer presentable as new in original packaging may not be returned.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If we sent you the wrong item or if the item you received has a manufacturer’s defect we will pay for shipping the replacement.

If shipping is required for a return the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  You may use your own carrier or contact WaterMatters and we will assist in the purchase of a return label.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. After the payment for the return label is made to Watermatters, you will receive the return shipping label by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
4. Refunds will be issued 1-2 business days after the receipt of returned items.
