Shipping policy

WaterMatters ships using multiple delivery partners from our retail location in Vancouver, BC.

For BC and Alberta, we offer free shipping for orders totalling $116 or more before tax.  For all other provinces, we offer free shipping for orders totalling $230 or more before tax.  Orders that fall below the minimum free shipping threshold are charged at the provided carrier rates.

A tracking number will be assigned to your order prior to leaving our store.

We ship within 1 or 2 business days of receiving your order.

We are closed on statutory holidays.

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.
