Magnesium chloride is more easily absorbed and utilized by the body than Epson salts (magnesium sulphate). Full Body Bath
Dissolve in warm water at least 1.5 lbs of magnesium flakes per bath. Use up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes per bath for intense applications. Soak for 30 minutes or longer.
